The 80/20 rule says, "80% of outcomes are driven by 20% of inputs,"  but when it comes to your organization's content marketing efforts how can you tell which content is driving the most value and which content is a waste of time?  Organizations need to go beyond page views and clicks in order to be able to develop objective, meaningful ways to both measure and optimize content efficacy; they need a scientific approach to content strategy.

In this session, multi-time Sitecore MVP and CX Strategist Ken Gray, is joined by data maestro and Konabos Digital Marketing Manager, Rachna Gupta, as they present a practical framework for developing, running and optimizing data-driven content strategies.


About Speakers

Dennis Augustine

Dennis is a five-time Sitecore MVP who has been working with the platform for more than a decade and is a member of the organizing committee of the Toronto Sitecore User Group. He has over 20 years of experience in business analysis, software development, architecture and technology leadership using the Microsoft stack. As a CX Architect working with CMS, CRM and other lines of business systems, his passion is bringing together technical and business teams with a singular focus to leverage and optimize their technology, process and human investments for maximum effect to drive value for customers.

Rachna Gupta

Rachna is a marketing professional with over 15 years of digital production experience. She is a proactive and self-motivated individual with a strong customer focus. She excels in competitive bench-marking and digital asset maturity assessments. She also has hands-on expertise in search engine optimization, social media marketing and lead generation. Rachna is passionate about optimizing customer journeys, interaction design and the overall digital experience delivered. Ken Gray

Ken is a two-time Sitecore Strategy MVP (2019-2020) who has been working with the Sitecore platform for more than eight years. He has over 20 years of experience in business analysis, software development, content management, marketing and digital strategy. Ken’s passion for data-backed marketing and personalization along with his coaching and training abilities, aids Konabos in helping dozens of Content Authors and Sitecore Marketers improve their productivity and knowledge of Sitecore; thus maximizing each client’s Sitecore investment.
